Returns Policy
Breast Pumps are personal use hygiene products. For this reason, once used, pumps cannot be returned for refund and re-sold to another mother.
Unopened pump packages purchased directly from My Breastpump may be returned within 7 days of delivery for full refund, excluding the cost of return delivery.
If a pump is presenting operational problems within the warranty period, please contact our sales team to make a claim against the warranty, we will verify the function of the pump and will repair or replace the parts which are not functioning according to the design.
Every effort and care is taken in returning the pump to you as soon as possible however we do need use a Courier service and this may cause delays. Please note it may take up to 5 days to return the pump to you. However, if you are able to deliver the pump to our offices we will be able to assist you faster.
Warranty Policy
Ameda Mya Joy and Finesse pumps are sold with a 2-year warranty against defects.
My InBra Breast pumps are sold with a 6 month warranty. This is for the pump motor.
Warranties are from date of purchase with the exception of special cases arranged separately for example in cases where the birth of a child is selected as the warranty start date.
Parts and accessories are sold with a warranty of 2 months.
Warranty is only claimable by the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase.
